Smaller stains can usually be easily removed with a damp cloth or, if necessary, under running water.
.If the cushions are very dirty, you can wash them in the washing machine on the gentle cycle, if this is still possible for the size. Larger bench cushions can be rinsed hot in the shower or bathtub. Then leave the bench cushion to drip dry flat or standing up until it has dried.
