Our products are made from certified felt, composed of 96% recycled PET bottles produced in the EU. This conscious material choice aligns perfectly with our philosophy of sustainability. Thanks to our in-house production in Cologne, we ensure that all goods are manufactured under fair working conditions. This way, you can not only enhance your decor but also make a positive contribution to the environment.
Three Variants for Your Individual Needs
Are you looking for something subtle to visually enhance your bench or add extra warmth to your seating? The 4mm-thick Simple variant is an excellent choice.
For a thicker option, the 8mm Moderate variant (two 4mm layers sewn together) allows you to create your ideal cushion from 1,296 possible color combinations. Subtle yet visually appealing, this variant offers a slight boost in seating comfort and excellent value for money.
If that’s not enough, you can create your bench cushion with the Comfort variant. Like the Moderate option, it offers 36 colors for the top and bottom layers. Additionally, the Comfort variant features a foam core with a density of 50/75 and a thickness of 15mm, providing ample comfort to make your seating not only warmer but also more cozy in the future.

👉 FAQ about Bench Cushions
1. Are the bench cushions suitable for outdoor use?
Our felt bench cushions are primarily designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend protecting the cushions from prolonged moisture or using them only in dry weather. If the felt gets wet occasionally, this is generally not a problem, but it should not be left outdoors permanently.
2. How long does it take to produce my bench cushion?
As each custom bench cushion is individually made to measure, production usually takes around 4–7 business days. The exact timeframe depends on the current order volume and any additional custom options you select.
An anti-slip coating requires additional processing time, as it involves several important production steps.
3. Wool felt vs. rPET felt – what’s the difference?
Choosing the right material plays an important role when selecting a custom-made bench cushion.
🐑 Wool Felt – Natural, but Problematic
Wool felt is made from sheep’s wool and is considered a traditional material with a long history. However, commonly advertised merino wool in particular raises ethical concerns.
Advantages:

soft texture
good insulation
Disadvantages:
wool production is always associated with animal suffering
can be sensitive to moisture
not washable, making maintenance more demanding
may contain harmful substances, as around 90% of wool is imported from Australia, New Zealand, and Asia and only processed further in Germany
