Forms of payment

The delivery of the goods takes place in principle world-wide after payment of the ordered commodity. If you have made the purchase via purchase on account, the goods will of course be shipped before payment of the invoice.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer

  • Payment via PayPal

  • Payment via Amazon Payments

  • Payment on account (14 days from order date)

  • Payment by credit card (Mastercard,VISA)

  • Payment via Bancontact

  • Payment via IDEAL

The following payment methods are provided by an external payment provider(Novalnet AG):

Shipping information

Shipping Within Germany

For orders of €49.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
All shipments are sent insured via DHL goGreen – an eco-friendly delivery service that offsets CO₂ emissions through certified climate protection projects.

Smaller items such as color charts, coasters, or wall mounts may be shipped as letter mail, depending on size and quantity. In such cases, separate shipping costs will apply and are shown during the checkout process.

Once your order enters production, you will receive an email notification including a DHL tracking link.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, after which your order will be shipped immediately.

International Shipping
Shipping costs for deliveries within Europe and to non-European countries depend on the destination and the weight of your order.
Once you select your shipping country during checkout, the exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed under “Shipping” based on your cart contents.

For many deliveries to non-EU countries, we use DHL PREMIUM to ensure fast and reliable shipping.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the following delivery times apply:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days
    (starting from the date of order confirmation or, in the case of prepayment, from the date of payment receipt)

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order together in one shipment – unless we have made other arrangements with you. In such cases, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest production time.
